These terms apply to all orders placed on autoglympro.co.uk. The site is operated by Realkleen Ltd, trading as Autoglym Pro, supplying genuine Autoglym products.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch.

Delivery

Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £49.99. Orders placed before 12pm Mon–Fri are dispatched the same working day where stock allows. Delivery timescales are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns & refunds

You may return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus return shipping). Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded in full — please email us with photos.

Use of products

Always follow the on-pack instructions and safety data. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse or by ignoring the manufacturer's guidance.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a UK consumer. Our liability for any single order is limited to the value of that order.
