Refund Policy

This policy explains how to return items purchased from Autoglym Pro and when you are entitled to a refund.

30-day returns

You may return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 14 days with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including any original shipping costs.

How to return

Contact us at info@realkleen.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return address.

Refund processing

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of us receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty. Gift cards and downloadable items are non- refundable.
